Auto Masters Australia is expanding its WA operations and seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our network of 50 WA stores. Lead workshop performance, develop high-performing teams and drive productivity, customer experience and sustainable growth. We're looking for a hands-on leader with automotive or multi-site operations experience who can deliver results and maintain high standards.
What you'll do:
- Drive Performance: Support franchisees to improve business performance, sales and KPIs while maintaining Auto Masters standards.
- Lead & Develop: Train, coach and mentor franchisees, managers and teams to build capability and improve performance.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintain quality standards, conduct store audits and ensure compliance with licensing and statutory requirements.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure stores operate safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
- New Store Support: Assist with new store openings, transitions and operational improvements.
- Brand Advocacy: Champion the Auto Masters brand and promote best practice across the network.
- Systems & Recruitment: Provide operational support, including AMWOS DMS training, manager inductions and key staff recruitment.

We're looking for:
We're seeking a results-driven leader with strong automotive or multi-site operations experience who can build relationships, solve problems and deliver results. You'll bring:
- Automotive Expertise: Strong automotive industry knowledge, ideally with mechanical trade experience.
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of financial and commercial drivers, with a track record of improving profitability.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Customer Focus: Robust communication, problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
- Multi-Site Experience: Experience managing multiple automotive service centres or stores and driving sales and financial performance.
