- Video Content & Editing: Assemble, edit, and polish short-form digital video builds, TVCs, and TVRs using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (videography skills not required).
- Copy & Script Writing: Assist with drafting and refining script writing for video builds and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Regulatory Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all artwork strictly adheres to relevant regulatory guidelines, advertising codes, and compliance frameworks (e.g., TGA-style regulations).
- AI Tool Integration: Utilise AI prompt engineering and creative AI tools to enhance design efficiency and speed up workflow processes.
- Project Execution:

Manage multiple concurrent projects via Monday.com, collaborating directly with product and marketing leads in dynamic briefing and micro-meetings.

What We're Looking For

Essential Requirements & Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Proven background working in a regulated industry (e.g., Health, Pharma, Complementary Medicines, FMCG, Legal, or Banking) where extreme attention to detail and strict compliance are paramount.
- Technical Software: Adobe Creative Cloud: Expert proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- AI Prompting: Skilled in utilising generative AI tools and prompt techniques to drive design efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to turn around compliant, accurate, and high-quality creative at a rapid pace within high-volume campaign cycles (such as conference lead-ups).
- Comfortable working within established brand guidelines and target-driven direct-response marketing frameworks—delivering effective, on-brand assets without needing to reinvent the wheel.
- Willingness to work fully in office in Eastern Creek, NSW. This is a hands-on, shoulder-to-shoulder team role (not suitable for remote work).

About the Team & Work Culture

You will join a stable, supportive design team of four embedded within a wider marketing unit comprising trade marketing, digital comms, and technical content specialists, reporting directly to the Marketing Director. Capability, speed, and creative intuition are highly valued, the team prioritises strong execution and professional maturity over years of tenure.
