Our client is undergoing a significant WMS/ERP transformation, and require a Senior Test Lead who will take genuine ownership, bring structure across multiple streams and keep internal teams and vendors moving in the same direction.

This isn't a role for working through assigned test cases. You'll set the direction, see what's coming and make sure testing is delivered on time, while staying hands-on when it counts.

What you'll be doing

- Owning the test strategy, plans and schedules across the WMS program and its integrations
- Leading and coordinating internal QAs and external/vendor testing teams across multiple streams
- Driving SIT, UAT, end-to-end and regression testing in line with program milestones
- Identifying risks, dependencies and resourcing needs early, then escalating and resolving them
- Holding vendors accountable and managing those relationships day to day
- Giving project, business and technology stakeholders transparent, confident reporting
- Improving testing processes, standards and ways of working

What you'll bring

- Proven experience as a Senior Test Lead, Test Lead or Test Manager on large-scale programs
- WMS, ERP or enterprise transformation experience
- Strong background in complex integration and end-to-end testing
- Experience leading testing teams and managing third-party or offshore vendors
- A track record of running multiple testing streams at once
- The confidence to challenge stakeholders and vendors respectfully, and to influence without direct authority
- A proactive, organised approach: you plan ahead rather than wait for direction

Highly regarded:

SAP / S/4HANA, warehouse or supply chain systems, test environment and release coordination.
