Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders across talent, workforce planning, performance, engagement and employee relations.
- Provide trusted advice on complex and sensitive people matters.
- Lead performance, career development, reward and recognition processes.
- Manage recruitment and support the successful onboarding of recent employees.
- Drive HR initiatives, process improvements and people-related projects.
- Contribute to graduate and seasonal clerk recruitment programs.
- Coach and develop HR team members and collaborate across the broader HR function.
