NSW Department of Customer Service is seeking a Senior Data Analyst and Insights to transform complex business challenges into actionable analytics, dashboards and reporting. You will provide expert, evidence-based insights to support executive decision-making and program delivery in a hybrid arrangement with two days on site.

You will work within the Data Products and Digital Strategy team, leveraging Power BI, Python and SQL to deliver end-to-end BI solutions and stakeholder-focused reporting
