Possability Group is looking for an experienced Business Project Manager to lead and deliver business-led projects and initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, improve practice and deliver better outcomes.
This is an chance to join a role with an immediate and important focus across our Child and Family Services program of work, before transitioning into a broader portfolio of business projects and organisational improvement initiatives.
About the role
In the initial phase of the role, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and EGM Practice and Operational Excellence, supporting a significant program of work that includes a Policy and Procedure Uplift Program.
You will bring strong project management,
business improvement and stakeholder engagement capability, together with an understanding of the operating environment across Child and Family Services.
- Leading and coordinating business projects and programs from initiation through to implementation
- Supporting the uplift and development of policies, procedures, frameworks and business processes
- Reviewing and mapping current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Developing project plans, governance, reporting, executive papers and briefing materials
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, dependencies and project outcomes
- Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to support decision-making and delivery
