Montgomery Advisory in Sydney is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Employment & Industrial Relations team, handling a broad range of matters for private and public sector clients.
You will work on workplace investigations, regulatory compliance, discrimination, WHS and remuneration issues, with exposure to litigation across courts and tribunals.
This role requires a minimum of 5 years PAE, robust client focus, and the ability to develop business through seminars and publications.
