The Australian Department of Defence is seeking a Deputy Director Capability to lead a national portfolio of projects, capability development initiatives and resource programs across Fleet Support Unit Australia (FSU-AUST). You will shape maintenance and workforce capabilities to support Navy’s current and future needs.

The role provides strategic direction for capability planning, project delivery and business improvement, and oversees plans to sustain workforce proficiency.
