First Step in St Kilda is seeking GPs to work alongside experienced Addiction Medicine doctors as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team. You are not expected to practise addiction medicine; your role focuses on high-quality general practice care with mentorship and supervision available.

Join a collaborative team with psychology, nursing, psychiatry, and care coordinators. We offer flexible schedule, bulk-billing, and the option to work as an independent contractor.
