Requirements
- Police Clearance
- Successful completion of drug and alcohol test, pre medical form and reference checks
- Successful completion of the key physical requirements assessment
- Proven organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, as required
- Ability and willingness to follow written and verbal instructions
- Sensitivity and maturity to provide personal care to another person(s)
- Demonstrated good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Senior First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience working with people with dementia within the aged care industry
- Certificate III Community Services (Aged Care Work) or equivalent
