W Talent is partnering with a privately owned property developer to appoint a Tenancy Delivery qualified for NSW stores. You will take retail tenancies from lease signing through to trading, coordinating design, approvals, fit-out works and handover across multiple centres with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery.

Flexible level – Senior Tenancy Delivery Manager (5+ years) or Tenancy Coordinator (2+ years) – with experience in landlord or builder contexts.
