Sigma Healthcare is looking for a Unified Communications Engineer to enhance voice, telephony and collaboration platforms across our enterprise. You will manage RingCentral cloud telephony, Genesys Contact Centre, and Teams Phone, ensuring reliable, high-quality services and a superior user experience.

You will collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and vendors, resolving incidents, supporting escalations, and driving continuous improvements in the UC setting.
