We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Centre Director to join our team at Excel Early Learning Box Hill (78-place centre) .

Our purpose-built Box Hill centre has been thoughtfully designed with children’s learning, development and wellbeing at the forefront, featuring spacious, light-filled rooms and dedicated outdoor play spaces.

About the Role

As Centre Director, you will lead the overall operations of the centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality education and care while creating a positive, inclusive and collaborative team culture.

Working closely with the leadership and support teams, you will mentor and develop educators, build strong partnerships with families, and drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the service.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring high-quality education and care
- Inspire, mentor and support educators to achieve their professional goals
- Foster a positive,



collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and all relevant legislation
- Drive occupancy, quality improvement initiatives and overall centre performance
- Manage staffing, rostering and centre resources effectively
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve organisational goals

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
- Previous experience as a Centre Director within Early Childhood Education
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training/certificate
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Exceptional leadership, communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for leading teams and delivering high-quality education and care
