Sharp and Carter is assisting a regional Victorian precision manufacturing business to recruit a Purchasing Manager. The role leads procurement of bespoke, low-volume high-value items, reads technical drawings, and drives ERP rollout. You will lead a small team and partner with Operations and Engineering to optimize materials flow.

Salary around $135,000 plus super, with relocation support; a chance to build a structured supply chain in a growing footprint.
