St John of God Berwick Hospital invites applications for the Nurse Unit Manager - Maternity to lead the Maternity Unit, ensuring protected, person-centred care across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal and Special Care Nursery services.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive governance, quality improvement and ACHS accreditation readiness, and contribute to the Joy maternity program, serving about 900–1,000 families per year within a values-based culture.
