The Opportunity
This is a 12-month contract prospect for an experienced HR Business Partner to support the people aspects of transformation and project activity across EBOS Group.
Reporting to the Senior People Transformation Lead and working across corporate functions and People & Culture, you will partner with senior leaders to deliver significant business and workforce change, translating transformation priorities into practical, well-managed people plans and actions.
Your work will span organisation design, workforce transition, retention planning, change impacts and readiness. You will help build capability, clarify roles and embed effective ways of working across onshore and offshore teams.
This role will suit a pragmatic HR Business Partner who experience working with change and who is comfortable working close to the detail, adapting as priorities change and helping senior leaders make sound decisions at pace.
What You Will Do:
Work alongside transformation leaders and other business stakeholders to turn transformation priorities into practical people actions while balancing pace, risk and employee experience.
- Workforce change: Support organisation design, consultation and transitions.
- Operating models: Partner on outsourcing, offshoring and new ways of working.
- Leader coaching: Guide leaders through sensitive and complex people matters.
- HR support: Provide ER and generalist advice as priorities evolve.
What We Are Looking For:
- HR experience: Strong partnering experience in a corporate or matrix environment
- Change capability:
Experience with consultation, change or workforce transitions.
- ER judgement : Knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Confidence partnering with leaders and other stakeholders across the business through complex change.
- Practical delivery: Ability to turn broad priorities into clear plans and actions.
- Working style: Proactive, resilient, adaptable and collaborative
