What You'll Do
- Deliver excellent customer service across all channels, meeting orders and enquiry needs
- Keep customers informed of order or enquiry updates in a skilled and courteous manner
- Support sales targets by collaborating with the sales team and performing value-added activities
- Identify customer needs and opportunities to grow the business through a high-touch approach
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to improving business processes and policies using continuous improvement methods
- Support the customer service team in meeting and maintaining customer expectations
- Maintain and update customer information accurately in SAP
About You
If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving, planning, and time management
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and drive results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
