We are looking for an occupational health registered nurse (AHPRA) available to work in our Maitland location to become a valued member of our team.

Experience

Experience in the below is preferred but is not essential as full training will be provided:

- Conducting screening for pre-employment, periodic & health surveillance medicals
- Vision, audiometric & spirometry testing
- Drug & alcohol screening
- Venepuncture
- ECG
- Functional capacity evaluations & musculoskeletal examinations
- Respirator fit tests
- Experience conducting occupational health assessments (spirometry, audiometry, D&A; testing)
- Accredited to conduct Category 3 rail medicals
- Accredited administering immunisations

Required Skills





- The ability to make accurate documentation of all relevant findings & ensuring timeframes & schedules are adhered to
- Drivers licence & own reliable transport
- Ability to work independently & as part of a team
- Willingness to learn & adapt to different rolls within our company

The position is 5 days per week. Our usual office hours are 9 - 5.

The position will also include:

- Ordering & restocking medical supplies
- Ensuring equipment & supplies are well maintained & accurate, eg. completing calibrations & checking expiry dates
- Adhering with privacy & confidentiality requirements
