The Role
You’ll lead from the front, helping your team improve their sales performance, conversion, quality and overall capability.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a team of sales consultants
- Running regular 1:1s, call coaching and roleplays
- Managing performance against key sales and conversion KPIs
- Using data to identify performance gaps and coaching opportunities
- Supporting consultants with objection handling and sales conversations
- Managing underperformance and difficult conversations
- Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance and customer experience
- Building a positive, accountable and high‑performing team culture
About You
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience leading a sales team within a call centre environment
- Solid coaching and mentoring skills
- Experience managing performance through KPIs and data
- Confidence handling difficult conversations and underperformance
- A strong understanding of sales, conversion and customer outcomes
- Experience in a regulated or compliance-focused environment
- A hands‑on, resilient and people‑focused leadership style
Experience across education, insurance, financial services, telecommunications, utilities or other regulated sales environments will be highly regarded.
