- Provide quality feedback, carry out documentary and user testing from the start to the end of a project
Your Experience
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Documentation, story-boarding and storytelling skills
- Experience working with clients to understand and analyse business processes
- Experience managing a CRM for a large organisation
