Laurent Bakery Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join the Industrial/Manufacturing team in Braeside, VIC. The role focuses on fault diagnosis, repairs and preventative maintenance to keep bakery production running safely and reliably.

The position offers a 6am–6pm day shift on a 7-day fortnight roster, with opportunities to develop skills on industrial bakery equipment within a growing company that operates multiple facilities.
