Goaldis Community Services is seeking an experienced Residential Care Officer to join our residential services team in Sydney. You will oversee day-to-day delivery of high-quality care at our supported homes and mentor disability support workers to ensure residents receive consistent, person-centred support.

You will coordinate individual support plans, monitor residents’ wellbeing, and liaise with families and health professionals to respond to changing needs.
