Life Health Services (LHS) , an accredited NDIS Provider , is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse / Trainer to join our team in Melbourne.

- Conduct Individual Risk Assessments and develop/review Care Plans
- Train staff in:
- Enteral Feeding
- Meal Preparation & Delivery
- Pressure Care & Wound Management
- Provide clinical guidance to Client Support Teams
- Provide on-call medical/clinical support to SIL and client homes
- Bachelor of Nursing and current RN registration
- Minimum 5 years’ hospital clinical experience
- Experience in staff training and Care Plan development
- Experience with risk assessments and complex care
- NDIS and/or Aged Care experience highly desirable
- Understanding of disability, OHS and relevant Victorian standards

NOTE : If hired, the status of this position will be an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR and hours of work will be maximum of 10 hours per week.
