WorkPac Skills is seeking an Operations Scheduler to manage end-to-end scheduling for training delivery, site activities and apprenticeships across multiple RTOs. You will coordinate trainer allocation, travel and resources to keep delivery seamless and maintain accurate, audit-ready records within our systems.
As the key link between trainers, employers and internal teams, you will communicate changes clearly and proactively, support compliance with RTO standards, and spot risks or gaps early.
