About the Role

Protech Rail is seeking expressions of interest for a QR Recipient Coordinator to join our Operations team based in Eight Mile Plains! In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting day-to-day operations by driving productivity, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high team performance.

Role Requirements:

- Proven history of managing large teams (20+ staff) in operational environments - rail experience essential
- Must hold current Queensland Rail Recipient qualifications – SCA and C Form, held for a minimum of 12 months.
- Minimum 12 months on-site experience working on the QR Network.
- Knowledgeable in QR processes, compliance requirements, and qualifications, with the ability to provide accurate guidance to teams.
- Ability to engage, lead, and mentor field employees effectively
- Client Management and effective communication skills




- Conducting interviews and completing onboarding of recent field staff
- Advanced Computer Skills - including RIW Admin Management, Microsoft Excel, ATS & CRM Systems
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational needs
- On-Site experience as a Lock Box Supervisor.
- Experience in incident investigation and corrective action.

Qualifications Required (All must be current)

- RIW (Rail Industry Worker)
- QR WET (Working in the Electrified Territory)
- QR SARC (Safely Access the Rail Corridor)
- QR Recipient Qualifications
- Category 3 Rail Medical
- Open ‘C’ Class Driver’s Licence
- QR PO/RCPO Qualifications advantageous
- Australian residency with full working rights.
- Ability to pass a drug & alcohol screening.
