Mind Australia is seeking a self-motivated Community Mental Health Practitioner to join our Youth Residential Rehabilitation Service (YRRS) in Townsville on a permanent, part time basis. You will provide person-centred, recovery-oriented support to young people aged 16–21 in a home-like setting, helping them achieve wellbeing goals and develop independent living skills.

This role requires flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including night shifts, weekdays, weekends and sleepovers, with
