Talenza in Canberra is seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to support a major Federal Government cyber security uplift program. This role leads organisational change across two streams: the establishment and adoption of a recent vulnerability management capability, and the development and implementation of a broader Cyber Security operating model.
The role requires working with technical teams, business stakeholders and senior executives, with hybrid arrangements after the first six weeks.
