What's involved

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute across all parts of store operations. You'll have the opportunity to:

- Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
- Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing,



and stepping into site leadership when required
- Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
- Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
- Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
- Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
- Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes
- Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job

About You

What you’ll need

- Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role
- Confidence supporting store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems in a practical way
- A focus on safety and creating a positive environment for team members and customers
- Availability to work across a rotating roster, including opening and closing shifts
