Myhome is looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Skilled to join our friendly and successful team in Hawthorn.

This is primarily a field sales role, speaking with customers who have already shown interest in our services. You'll be helping customers find the right solution, closing sales on the spot and/or following up on the phone. There is some outbound calling, but only to pre-qualified leads and existing customers.

What You'll Be Doing

- Managing sales enquiries from prospective customers
- Converting enquiries into sales in person
- Booking work for our service team
- Following up warm leads and existing customers
- Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years' sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Someone who genuinely enjoys talking with people
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and personal presentation
- Disciplined, motivated and self-managed
- Calm, controlled and resilient under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply
