About the Role

As Area Manager, you’ll take ownership of your stores, leading your Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional commercial results, elevated customer experiences and consistently strong operational standards.

You’ll be a visible, hands‑on leader who knows how to inspire, coach and challenge your teams, while creating accountability and celebrating success.

This role requires someone who is highly resilient, commercially driven and ready to hit the ground running. You’ll bring energy, a strong work ethic and the ability to identify opportunities quickly and turn them into results.

What We’re Looking For

- 5 plus years of Area or Regional Management experience within volume retail




- Demonstrated success leading multiple stores and high‑performing Store Managers
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales, KPIs and profitability
- Highly resilient with an exceptional work ethic
- Confident coaching, developing and empowering leaders
- A hands‑on leadership style, visible, supportive and accountable
- Someone ambitious and career‑driven who wants to grow alongside the brand
