Open Pantry Co. in Torquay, VIC is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a busy coastal brewery venue. You’ll own the numbers, manage a seven-day operation, and report to the Operations Manager with autonomy to shape guest experiences while upholding national brand standards.

This full time role offers a base salary of AU$85,000–AU$90,000 plus a bonus, with support from a national group and a vibrant local team ready for seasonality and growth.
