You’ll coordinate return-to-work plans, liaise with managers, healthcare providers and insurers, and ensure compliant, sustainable outcomes for employees.
You will drive early intervention, maintain confidential case records and partner with HR and operations to support wellbeing and recovery on Hamilton Island.
