Salary: $90,354 - $96,446 per annum plus superannuation (PACCT Level 6, Victorian TAFE PACCT Staff Agreement 2025). Commencing salary will be determined in accordance with the Agreement, based on the successful applicant's skills, qualifications and relevant experience.

About the role

Lead strategic people initiatives, provide expert HR and employee relations advice, and help shape a high-performing workforce.

Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, the HR Business Partner partners with leaders across Corporate Services, Education Services and operational portfolios to deliver effective people solutions that support organisational objectives.

Working closely with Directors, Managers and People & Capability colleagues, the role provides strategic and operational HR support across workforce planning,



employee and industrial relations, organisational change, talent management and leadership development. Through trusted partnerships and practical advice, the HR Business Partner helps strengthen leadership capability, foster positive employee experiences, and contribute to a high-performing and engaged workforce.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, influencing positive outcomes and delivering people solutions that support NVITAFE's success now and into the future.

About you

You will bring:

Relevant Degree / Post Graduate qualification and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

AHRI or equivalent Professional Membership.

What you'll need

Successful applicants will be required to provide:

A current National Police Check (issued within three months of commencement)





A current Employee Working with Children Check (or evidence of application)

A current driver's licence where required.
