At Seymour Whyte, we're looking for an experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our National Pre-Contracts team in Melbourne. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in securing some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects by creating high-quality submissions that showcase who we are and what we do best.

As a Submissions Coordinator , you'll support the preparation, coordination and delivery of tender submissions, expressions of interest, award submissions and other business development materials. Working closely with an experienced Submissions Manager based in Melbourne, you'll receive ongoing support and mentorship while developing your career within a high-performing national team.

You'll collaborate with technical experts, project teams and business leaders to develop persuasive, well-structured submissions that are professional, compliant and tailored to client requirements.

No two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating content from project teams, and the next you'll be writing winning project stories, preparing submission documents or helping improve the way we present our capabilities to clients.

What You'll Be Doing

- Supporting the development and delivery of tender submissions, EOIs and award submissions
- Coordinating input from technical, operational and commercial stakeholders
- Writing, editing and proofreading content to ensure it is clear, compelling and client-focused
- Assisting with the production of high-quality submission documents and presentations
- Ensuring submissions are completed accurately and delivered on time
- Producing marketing collateral, corporate content and communication materials
- Maintaining submission content libraries and knowledge management systems
- Identifying opportunities to improve submission content, processes and presentation

What We're Looking For





We're seeking someone who combines strong writing ability with excellent organisation and coordination skills.You'll ideally bring:

- Experience preparing submissions, tenders, proposals or other complex business documents
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to translate technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand content
- Strong planning and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from experienced professionals
- Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a similarly complex industry would be highly regarded
