Role Description

The Practice Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Castle Hill, NSW. This position oversees the daily operations of the clinic, including managing appointment schedules, supervising front desk and support staff, and ensuring smooth patient flow. The Practice Manager handles administrative functions such as billing, record keeping, reporting, and compliance with relevant regulations and clinic policies. The role includes responsibility for patient service standards, responding to inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming, professional environment. The Practice Manager will also support basic marketing activities, coordinate with clinical team members,



and assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience.

Qualifications

- Experience in healthcare or clinic administration, practice management, or similar operational leadership roles.
- Robust organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, workflows, and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in patient management systems, general computer skills, and basic reporting or data entry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient service and team collaboration.
- Ability to supervise and support staff, including delegation, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Understanding of basic billing processes, invoicing, and handling of payments; familiarity with healthcare compliance is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment and coordinating with chiropractors and other health professionals.
- Relevant qualification in business administration, health services management, or a related field is preferred.
