Hunter Homes is looking for a proactive and client-focused Site Liaison to join our construction team. This role is dedicated to supporting our clients throughout the onsite build journey, ensuring they remain informed, supported, and confident as their dream home takes shape.

As the main point of contact during the build phase, you will provide regular updates, manage client queries, and work closely with our construction and operations teams to ensure a seamless experience. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary liaison for clients once construction has commenced.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients throughout the build.
- Provide clients with regular updates on site progress and upcoming milestones.
- Communicate clearly any site issues, delays, or changes, offering solutions where possible.
- Coordinate with internal departments and site teams to ensure accurate and timely information is relayed to clients.
- Answer and manage client queries efficiently and with care.
- Handle challenging or disappointed clients with professionalism, empathy,



and patience.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in company databases and systems.
- Meet and exceed KPI targets related to client satisfaction and communication.
- Support the construction team with the coordination of approvals, certificates, and essential documentation where required.

About You

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
- Calm and resilient when dealing with stressful or challenging situations.
- Highly organised with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in client liaison, construction administration, or a similar role (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems.
