Lumus Imaging Macarthur - GenesisCare Centre | 12 Month Fellowship

Lumus Imaging is inviting applications for our Cardiac and Respiratory Imaging Fellowship, commencing July 2026. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Radiologist seeking advanced sub speciality training within a high volume, expert-led setting.

Fellowship Snapshot:

- 3-4 days per week
- 50% Cardiac / 50% Respiratory
- No on call commitments

You will gain an extensive exposure to a broad range of thoracic and cardiovascular imaging, including:

- CT Coronary Angiography
- Noncoronary cardiovascular CT (e.g., TAVI, PV ablation planning)
- High volume Chest CT for lung cancer, ILD, trauma, transplant, oncology and more
- Cardiac & Thoracic/Mediastinal MRI
- MR Angiography
- CT guided lung & thoracic biopsies
- High volume chest radiograph reporting





You will also report a substantial volume of subspecialist thoracic CT, including interstitial lung disease, pleural disease, thoracic malignancy, airways disease, smoking related lung disease, and pneumoconiosis.

Multidisciplinary Collaboration

Active participation in weekly Respiratory MDT meetings is expected, involving:

- Thoracic oncology
- ILD
- Respiratory infectious diseases
- Pathology review
- Lung immunology
- Lung nodule services
- General Radiology Exposure

The fellowship also includes supervised reporting across:

- Plain radiography
- Fluoroscopy
- Ultrasound
- CT
- MRI

You will be supported and supervised by experienced subspecialists A/Prof Sacha Kobilski FRANZCR and Dr Ahmad Mayat FRANZCR
