Qualifications & experience
Completion of a four-year Civil Engineering qualification accredited by Engineers Australia, or equivalent
Eligible for membership of Engineers Australia (M.I.E.Aust)
2–3 years’ experience in Site Engineering and Construction in Australia
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Proactive approach and commitment to career development
NSW Construction White Card
Full Australian Driver’s Licence
Tasks & responsibilities
Attend and conduct site inspections and structural investigations
Prepare site inspection and engineering reports
Assist with structural analysis, design and engineering calculations
Apply engineering principles and technical methods to civil and structural projects
Provide technical support to Senior Engineers and Management
Assist with engineering tasks from investigation through to reporting and design
Liaise with clients, contractors and other project stakeholders
Manage multiple projects, assigned tasks and project deadlines
Review and check technical work where required
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver a high level of client service
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
