Terranovus Civil is seeking a capable Leading Hand to support an established project team in Cairns and surrounds. You will assist the supervisor to plan, coordinate resources and deliver civil construction works safely, on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates bring proven frontline leadership, robust reading of construction plans, experience with heavy equipment, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Local knowledge of Queensland standards is a plus.
