Are you an organised, safety-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced depot environment? We’re looking for a proactive LG In office Supervisor to oversee the intake, handling, and processing of all LG freight at our depot/customer site.

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for LG operations, ensuring every item is scanned, sorted, checked, and moved with accuracy, care, and efficiency. You’ll lead a small team, drive continuous improvement, and work closely with LG stakeholders to deliver exceptional operational performance. 5:30am/6:00am start time.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Overseeing the safe unloading, sorting, scanning, and staging of LG inbound freight.
- Ensuring all LG products meet quality, labelling, and documentation standards.
- Supervising and mentoring on-site team members to maintain high accuracy and productivity.
- Coordinating daily with LG representatives, depot management, and operations teams.
- Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with COR and HVNL.
- Identifying workflow issues and implementing improvements to streamline LG processes.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and scanning data for all LG freight.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers (LG).




- Experience in depot operations, freight handling, or logistics supervision.
- Proficiency with tablets, scanning systems, and digital reporting tools.
- Understanding of COR, HVNL, and safe freight-handling procedures.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- A safety-first mindset with proven leadership capabilities.
