An exciting opportunity has become available for a Quality Coordinator to join the team and support the day-to-day quality and food safety function across the site.
About the Role
The Quality Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the site's quality and food safety systems, working closely with the Quality and Operations teams to maintain high standards across the manufacturing operation.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor, working closely with production and getting involved across all areas of quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day quality and food safety function across the site
- Being hands-on and visible across the manufacturing floor
- Maintaining HACCP and food safety systems
- Supporting internal, customer, regulatory, and third-party audits
- Managing and following up non-conformances and corrective actions
- Supporting quality investigations and root cause analysis
- Working closely with production to maintain product quality and food safety standards
- Maintaining quality documentation, records, and reporting
- Supporting traceability and recall activities
- Monitoring raw materials, production processes, and finished products
- Supporting export and regulatory requirements
- Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing practical quality support and guidance to operational teams
- Helping drive a strong quality and food safety culture across the site

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a Quality Coordinator, QA Officer, QA Technician, or similar role within food manufacturing
- Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety principles
- Experience working within a food manufacturing environment
- Exposure to internal, customer, regulatory, or third-party audits
- Experience managing non-conformances and corrective actionsStrong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- A practical and hands-on approach to quality
- Ability to work collaboratively with production and operational teams
- A willingness to get involved on the floor and take ownership of your responsibilities
- A continuous improvement mindset
