Wellways is recruiting for a Full time Carer Gateway role based in Toowoomba, QLD. You will support Older Carers to access My Aged Care, working with assessment teams to ensure positive carer outcomes. The role covers diverse communities, including Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander peoples and CALD groups.

Applicants should have tertiary qualifications in a related field, a current driver's license, and Australian working rights, with relevant checks and screening completed.
