Steamaticis Australia’s longest-established and largest restoration provider, with 39 locations nationwide and continuing to grow. Right now, we’re looking for a dynamic Claims Coordinator to join our Operations team, based in Gillman, someone ready to be at the heart of the action.

This role sits at the centre of our Operations, responsible for driving accuracy, speed, cost control, and customer confidence / experience.

Own the process end-to-end – from claim lodgement to job completion

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be the central hub connecting clients, insurers, and field teams—keeping everything moving efficiently and professionally.

Coordinate insurance claims and jobs from start to finish

Schedule technicians, subcontractors, and equipment for maximum efficiency

Liaise with insurers, assessors, clients, and internal teams

Monitor job progress, follow up actions, and keep everything on track

Prepare quotes, reports,



and documentation to insurer requirements

Manage invoicing and maintain accurate job data across systems

What success looks like

Claims processed accurately and on time

Schedules running smoothly and efficiently

Strong customer satisfaction and communication

SLAs / KPIs consistently met or exceeded

High-quality data, reporting, and documentation

What you bring

Experience in claims coordination, scheduling, logistics, or service environments

Strong organisation skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels

Calm under pressure, especially in urgent or emergency situations
