As K-Beauty Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and daily operation of SkinPixi. This is a hands-on management position where you will lead the store team, maintain exceptional presentation and service standards, manage inventory and operational processes, and take ownership of achieving the store's sales and performance targets. You will engage with customers, develop your team and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

- Take ownership of the store's daily, weekly and monthly sales performance and lead the team in achieving sales, conversion and customer service targets
- Actively engage with customers and demonstrate strong selling behaviours on the shop floor
- Coach team members on product recommendations, cross-selling and building complete skincare and beauty routines
- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team and create a positive, professional and accountable workplace culture
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
- Prepare and manage staff rosters according to business requirements
- Provide knowledgeable and genuine customer service, helping customers navigate products, ingredients, routines and options based on their individual preferences
- Maintain exceptional presentation standards throughout the store, ensuring shelves, displays, promotional areas and testers are clean, organised and appropriately stocked
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control, oversee receiving,



checking and processing incoming stock, and conduct regular stock counts
- Manage daily opening and closing procedures, ensure cash handling and POS procedures are followed accurately, and maintain regular communication with the owners regarding sales performance, staffing, inventory and operational issues

About you

- Previous retail management, store management or robust assistant management experience
- Good working knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and/or beauty products
- Genuine interest in Korean cosmetics and the K-Beauty industry
- Confident discussing beauty and skincare products with customers
- Experience leading, motivating and developing a retail team
- Confident working towards sales and performance targets
- Strong customer service and communication skillsOrganised and comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using POS and inventory management systems
- Available to work across a seven-day retail roster, including weekends and public holidays as required
