Refari is seeking graduate civil engineers for a two-year rotation program starting February 2027. You’ll rotate between the Fortitude Valley design office and two civil projects, gaining exposure from drawings to delivery.

Each graduate has a named mentor and a structured plan towards chartered status and RPEQ registration. Aimed at ambitious entrants, the program supports development and pathway progression.
