We are looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded Retail Manager to join our Retail Services team. Working closely with the Centre Manager, you will support the day-to-day operational, financial and administrative management of retail assets, helping to deliver a high standard of centre presentation, tenant service, compliance and asset performance.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property or retail asset management experience who is looking to further develop their career within a growing retail property management business.

The role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting annual property budgets, financial reporting, outgoings reconciliations and rent reviews
- Assisting with arrears management and processing supplier invoices
- Maintaining tenancy schedules, lease documentation and critical date registers
- Supporting lease administration, renewals, options and tenant compliance
- Building positive relationships with tenants and responding to day-to-day enquiries
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, contractors and service providers
- Conducting regular inspections of tenancies, common areas and centre facilities
- Monitoring contractor licences, insurances, inductions and WHS compliance
- Maintaining statutory, risk and compliance registers
- Assisting with incident reporting and statutory compliance requirements
- Preparing reports, correspondence and tenant communications




- Providing general administrative and operational support to the Centre Manager

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- A Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- Experience within property, retail asset management or a related environment
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- An understanding of property and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to read and interpret leases, contracts and other property documentation
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence working with tenants, clients, contractors and other stakeholders
- A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively within a team
- A current driver's licence

Knowledge of relevant NSW property and retail leasing legislation would be highly regarded, as would an understanding of building services including HVAC, fire systems and BMS.
