As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Asset Coordinator to support our Maintenance function, with a focus on asset management, preventative maintenance systems and work order processes across the asset lifecycle.

Your new role

As the Maintenance Systems Support Officer, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the accuracy, effectiveness and compliance of our asset and maintenance systems.





Working closely with the Maintenance, Safety and Documentation teams, you’ll be responsible for:

- Creating and managing assets, preventative maintenance policies and standard work orders across the asset lifecycle
- Completing electronic relocation of assets and components using site-based information systems
- Reviewing and updating existing and historical maintenance policies to reflect current, approved operational configurations
- Monitoring system users and identifying training requirements for the Business Improvement Manager
- Working with the Safety team to ensure maintenance strategies align with current legislative requirements
- Collaborating with the Maintenance Documentation team to maintain accurate and up-to-date information
- Conducting routine system health checks and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Providing support and coverage for the Senior Asset Coordinator during periods of leave
