11106 People and Capability Officer - Isaac Region

As our People & Capability Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting all things people, from recruitment and onboarding to providing advice, guidance, and administrative support across the organisation.

Working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, you'll help attract great talent, support employees and leaders through people processes, and ensure our People & Capability team keeps running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be someone who can juggle competing priorities, communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders, and deliver exceptional customer service, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

For this position we offer:

- Salary $86,684.00 - $94,446.00 per annum (Stream A, Level 3 - 4)
- Permanent
- Full-time position (72.5 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday)
- Location – Preferred location is Moranbah,



however open to other locations within the Isaac Regionfor the right candidate.
- RDO’s in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement (only eligible for full time employees)
- 5 weeks annual leave pro-rata @ 17.5% loading
- 15 days’ personal leave pro rata per annum
- Up to 14.5% super in accordance with IRC’s Certified Agreement

About You:

We are seeking an enthusiastic person who possesses:

- Strong administration skills.
- Experience with end to end recruitment processes and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills in the areas of creative problem-solving, conflict resolution and decision-making processes.
- Strong communication abilities, able to collaborate and be a team player.
- Ability to handle matters with both confidentiality and sensitivity.
