LEAP Centre is a paediatric OT and speech pathology clinic in Frenchs Forest, and we're looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our team from early 2027. Full-time and part-time applicants are welcome, and new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply.

Your role
Deliver high-quality speech pathology to a paediatric caseload (ages 1–18).
Run sessions in our clinic and in the community, including schools, preschools and homes.
Collaborate with families, educators and our OT and speech pathology team.
Take part in supervision, team meetings and professional learning.
About you
Degree-qualified Speech Pathologist with a passion for paediatrics.
Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) with Speech Pathology Australia, or eligible for membership.
Current NSW Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain one.
Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
New graduates welcome: If you're starting out, you'll get weekly supervision and a team invested in your growth from day one. Experienced clinicians are equally welcome.
