The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks and duties:

- Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams.
- Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure top standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
- Guest Relations: Welcome visitors, monitor online reviews, and resolve complaints quickly and politely.
- Financial Operations: Manage budgets, control operating costs, and oversee inventory for supplies and equipment.
- Department Coordination: Work closely with maintenance and catering teams to guarantee smooth facility functions.

Must have a relevant Diploma and more than 1 year experience.
